Miss Tricia-Gaye Watson, Hon. Councel

Miss Tricia-Gaye Watson holds an LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the University of the West Indies from which she graduated in 1999 and an L.L.M. degree from the University of London in Computer and Communications Law, which covered the law relating to the following: Information Technology, Internet, Telecommunications and Copyright and Related Rights. She was admitted to the Jamaican Bar in 2002.

Miss Watson is a member of the firm’s Commercial Department and her practice includes Banking and Corporate Finance, Project Finance, Hotel Development, Information Technology and Internet.

She also has experience in public offers, sale of going concerns, representing clients relating to projects in the energy sector and real estate transactions and provides general advice to businesses on compliance issues.

Miss Watson is the Honorary Legal Counsel for the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce.
